Almost every day there is a child out there who is dying of an illness that has drained his or her chance for a normal life. CWS Malaysia, in 2008, embarked on a mission to raise the necessary funds to put smiles back on the faces of children who are at the last stages of their lives. Often the wishes are simple ones. Children ask for toys, computers, gameboys, trips, or an opportunity to meet their idols. For the short time the wish is granted, these children are able to put aside thoughts of their suffering or what lies ahead on the horizon.

Organization Overview
:
Almost every day there is a child out there who is dying of an illness that has drained his or her chance for a normal life. CWS Malaysia, in 2008, embarked on a mission to raise the necessary funds to put smiles back on the faces of children who are at the last stages of their lives. Often the wishes are simple ones. Children ask for toys, computers, gameboys, trips, or an opportunity to meet their idols. For the short time the wish is granted, these children are able to put aside thoughts of their suffering or what lies ahead on the horizon.
Mission
:
Niexter aims to help CWS to raise awareness on the plight of the unfortunate children who face hardship, pain and the prospect of not being able to fight the illness that has afflicted them. Its mission is to put as many smiles back on the faces of these children.
Objectives
:
Malaysia has over 5 million primary and secondary students. A minimum RM1 donation from even 10% of the student population will go a long way to helping CWS respond quickly to a request, since time is obviously of the essence once a wish comes in. Their motto is the wish must be fulfilled “yesterday”. With more donations, CWS would be able to reach out to more terminally-ill children across the nation.
History
:
CWS is a non-profit organisation which was set up in 2008 primarily to fulfil the wishes of children suffering from terminal and life-threatening illnesses, by granting them a wish. To date, CWS has granted the wishes of 26 children nationwide.
